This mesmerizing album is the newest Christmas CD from The Interior Castle. Once again, they have taken some traditional and seldom heard classics, and added their own beautiful, unique touch to the arrangements. The results are heavenly.

Besides a variety of ageless, English carols, they have included several venerable hymns in Latin, and two charming Italian songs (one, a touching lullaby). The cherished “Silent Night , Holy Night” (“Stille Nacht, Heilige Nacht”), is sung in German, with its original, lilting Austrian melody. There are also some very moving and stirring original compositions. This CD is a musical meditation honoring the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
