This is the mesmerizing A Cappella twin of the orchestral Christmas collection, A Child Shall Lead. It is reminiscent of when we first began singing together as children without any instrumental accompaniment. Having never mastered the art of accompanying ourselves on instruments, (to our liking) we relied solely on our vocals. This beautiful collection of a cappella music unveils an intricate tapestry of the harmonies, counterpoint, and chordal textures, often missed when surrounded by the myriad of sounds of musical instruments. It is our hope the listener will experience another dimension of the song when heard in a transparent nature.
